Sacred Pathways Counselling provides professional and respectful Counselling and Dementia Doula services. We specialise in working with families living with dementia, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression.

Sacred Pathways understands that each of us travels a unique path. No story is the same. Change is inevitable. Sometimes it brings great joy, and at other times it can leave us feeling overwhelmed and with a sense of despair. It is in these moments that we sometimes need a little help to manage and move forward.

Sacred Pathways supports and holds space for you to transition to new ways of meaning making and re-tell your story in ways that empower you. Utilising a strengths-based approach, we reinforce your values and beliefs as you move forward, providing counselling, encouragement, education and advocacy to enable you to rewrite the next part of your story.

You are not alone. Reach out for support.

Sacred Pathways Counselling operates in Australia (online) and in Adelaide (face to face/online).

I acknowledge the Kaurna people as custodians of the lands and waters of the Adelaide region, recognising their enduring connection to the land I live and work in. I am inspired by their commitment to maintain a strong cultural, spiritual, physical and emotional connection with their land, waters and community. I pay respect to elders both past and present, and seek to walk the path of reconciliation for a shared and just future for all.

Sacred Pathways Counselling is proud to offer inclusive and culturally safe Counselling and Dementia Doula services. All services offered are private and confidential.

Life is a journey and it's about growing and changing and coming to terms with who and what you are and loving who and what you are.

Incredible change happens in your life when you decide to take control
of what you do have power over instead of craving control over
what you don’t.
